On April 8, 2014 a Purchase Order was approved in the amount of $24,500.00 to provide engineering review services. Additional services were obtained to address the increased activity of engineering and landscape review services. Community Development is requesting approval to increase the initial Purchase Order for Metric Engineering Inc. from $24,500.00 to $31,500.00 and approval of the necessary budget transfers to allow final payments for FY 2013/2014 to Metric for engineering review services.
Funding for the initial Purchase Order was available from Professional Services Engineering & Landscape Review, Account No’s. 31 -10 & 31-36. Funding for the additional $7,000.00 will be transferred as follows: $3,500.00 from General Fund – Professional Services, Account No. 001-15-01-515-31-35 to the General Fund – Professional Services Engineering, Account No. 001-15-01-515-31-10. & $3,500.00 from General Fund – Professional Services, Account No. 001-15-01-515-31-35 to the General Fund – Professional Services Landscape Review, Account No. 001-15-01-515-31-36.
